| The irregular geometry of this plot, ending corner of a long and narrow block, forces an U-shaped (12m wide) building project, facing the three street alignments with a central courtyard opened to the neighboring plot. The building accurates a staggered bank of 1.60m. to project 7 ground floor apartments accessed from the courtyard, as well as the portals and arcades. A walkway and access control, with stairs and ramp, solves this slope from the street to the building across the courtyard. | ||
