The irregular geometry of this plot, ending corner of a long and narrow block, forces an U-shaped (12m wide) building project, facing the three street alignments  with a central courtyard opened to the neighboring plot. The building accurates a staggered bank of 1.60m. to project 7 ground floor apartments accessed from the courtyard, as well as the portals and arcades. A walkway and access control, with stairs and ramp, solves this slope from the street to the building across the courtyard.

The 3 typical floors feature 15 homes each  (3 per core) and on the fifth floor 8 penthouses homes (2 per core) with private terraces and pergolas metal in the 4 lateral blocks and a full floor in the front 2 are proposed, where the building height can be increased.

The facade design responds to rationalists composition criteria and its building urban scale condition, using a rational language and simple construction elements and materials (brick, steel, galvanized sheet,... ).

The patio and the arcades are common recreational use spaces with garden boxes and furniture.
